So before I continue my "interesting" weekend.. My car broke down yesterday afternoon in Syracuse and I was stuck there forever. How wonderful. I had to call AAA and get it towed to the nearest auto place and it was there overnight. Thank God 2 of my friends from home were at the Syracuse mall shopping or I probably would have been stuck there over night too. The mechanic said it was the security thingy (whatever that means..) in the car and it would turn over but it wouldn't "rev" the engine. Just my luck. I just put $2,000 dollars worth of work into it too. But I called the place it was towed too, Midstate Auto, today and they said there would be no charge and that I can pick it up tomorrow. I guess that's a relief.
"My karma just ran over my dogma."
I saw that on a bumper sticker while driving to Syracuse, talk about foreshadowing. I don't feel like writing about my Saturday in Buffalo right now, so I'll do it tomorrow or something. Later.

yea car trouble is the worst...luckely i never had any far from home
yeah that sucks so far my car hasn't given me any trouble
Argh. I hate that.
Last winter my car died (threw a rod--I had 19,974 miles on it) on the way to school. I had to sit and wait for AAA in a dead car in -6 degrees.
I def have bad luck with cars. My family owns four cars and every time i have one of them in my possession for a short period of time something bad happens to them. And its never my fault though. However, my father thinks it is. Just bad luck i guess right?
that sucks, my car broke down the first week of school
It seems to be more complicated and more expensive to drive a car. At this point I like more big cities where a lot of alternative ways towards "self-driving": buses, trolley buses, subway, trains.
